This was an old apartment building converted at sometime to a hotel. It still maintains its historic charm. The staff was outstanding. I had multiple travel hiccups unrelated to my stay and the staff was extremely understanding! Right around the corner from great restaurants!

The room was nice and cute! Staff was very friendly! The area was close to the monuments in Montmartre although some areas around can seem a bit sketchy. You are basically in the middle of bad/good area. The room has a small AC unit and a fan, unfortunately the AC unit would overheat causing the floor and room to become hot. Hopefully not every room is like this, we stayed at the double room. All in all for the price it was good :)

The staff were incredibly kind and ready to accommodate. The room was perfectly clean. I had the bad luck of checking in when the lift was not functioning, so I had to take the stairs with my big bags. The hotel is located in the 'better' areas of Montmartre, is easily accessible, and has lots of restaurants and bistros nearby. It was perfect for solo travel, which was my situation.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay, and we were on the top floor. The spiral staircase leading up was narrow and difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. It was a warm evening, so we left the window open, but a fan would have been great. Since there is not a night attendant, we were unable to ask for one. The streets below were noisy throughout the night making it somewhat difficult to sleep. Also, the room was extremely small. The room was clean and comfortable, but I probably would choose something different if I were to return.

Functional, basic room, comfy bed, clean. Only downsides were loud, clunky doors but nothing earplugs couldn't handle. Check-in between 14h - 19.30h. No staff after that but wasn't an issue for me. 25 minutes walk to/from Gare Du Nord but two Metro stations close by. Good coffee directly across the street.

The hotel is in the middle of renovation so much of it was not in great shape. There was no lobby available and doors had tape around the handles. The room was tiny, but the furniture and bathroom fixtures are all new and clean. But there was no one at the desk when we arrived and later we were unable to get extra towels (the bathroom only had two skimpy ones) from the desk person. He said he would see if they had any and then forgot. The next day a different person was at the desk who seemed to be the manager and he was more helpful. The neighborhood was mixed, some streets seemed safe and some not as much. It was several blocks from any metro or bus stops. There were a some nice restaurants and cafes but not much in the way of shopping options, and it was a long walk from any sightseeing areas.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. there was also no fan available. the windows were able to be opened but air flow was poor and the street noise is very loud all night long into the morning. the picture of the front of the property is absolutely misleading. that picture was taken 3 years ago and the condition has significantly declined with a lot of trash in front as well. surrounding neighborhood not the safest feeling. shower was miniature. bed was comfortable for the most part, would not go as far to say “premium” bedding. had something stuck to the sheets that was almost like a sharp piece of hard plastic tape, so don’t know where that came from. good thing: staff securely stored our luggage in a locked closet while waiting for our room to be ready & had 2 outside doors with codes for safety. would choose another hotel next time
