This hotel is in my favorite area of Paris, 1 block north of Luxembourg Gardens near the Oden Theatre. Everything about the hotel was excellent, as was the neighborhood’s restaurants.

It was poorly air conditioned amd stuffy. The pictures were not accurate as its much smaller than pictured.

Good morning,following your comment published on expedia that I find tres severes and that your rating of 2/5 does not correspond at all to our hotel that has been renovated in full , we explained to you when you asked to lower the temperature below 15 that this was not possible and our explanation convinced you (and during your stay the outside temperature varied between 13 and 16 degrees) , the air conditioning of the hotel works very well but as it is still a cold period it is program to give warm , and that by mid-May we will switch to the cold , during your stay these explanations will convince and now you say that it was poorly air conditioning and that the room did not correspond to the photos what was small , on the site the area of the room is mentioned ,and it depends on the category of rooms you have booked, because the price is low but we have rooms that are larger but more expensive you have chosen the cheapest has a room much more spacious and more expensive and this is your choice.Sincerely

Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood of Paris, within walking distance of a subway stop, great restaurants, and stores. This hotel uses an older key system so you are required to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave, which feels strange and confusing, but it is a nice security aspect I guess. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Great value for the cost.

Overall the property is lovely. It’s a small boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful. We had a family suite so our bed and area was separate from our teens. The bathroom is large and beautiful though it needed a fan.
Overall lovely hotel. The lobby is small but nice and includes seating and a small breakfast area with breakfast to buy.
The only challenge we had was our room was the first one off the Lobby. Room 55. It was very loud outside our door almost all day and night as folks coming and going would go to the elevator just around from our room. The stairs were right next to it also. The office was behind our room and at times noisy as well. The mornings were noisy with breakfast getting set up. So if you happen to get this family suite off the Lobby bring your earplugs. Otherwise it was lovely, close to trains, buses and Luxembourg Gardens. We would stay again but request a higher room.

This is a great hotel in a great area 6th quarter right at the entrance of the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens.
Very clean - w twin beds was traveling w my son, would highly recommend it.
