My stay was wonderful. I can't remember her name, but the young lady who checked me in was truly the definition of hospitality. The location was clean and in great walking distance to everything I needed for my trip. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location and Amazing Service

Terrific location near plenty of dining and shopping options and not a far walk from popular attractions. Rooms were nice and the connecting rooms provided ample space for our family. Staff was amazing - answered every question and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

This hotel was recommended by a Parisian we know in the States. We loved the size of the junior room, we included breakfast daily which was delicious & convenient. It was a great location & quiet & gave us the ability to walk to lots of the sights. We were also near subway lines that were safe and convenient. Great staff support & help! Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent beds & bedding. Extremely clean!!!

Bryant and the rest of the Hotel Mansart team we’re extremely kind and generous and have made the stay quite enjoyable. Due to the location of this nice establishment, we were quite clueless of the fact that there were protests in the rest of the city.

Just feels like home. I think this will be my Paris base in the future. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The decor of the rooms is elegant and as they say location, location, location. This was truly a magical find.

I have just checked out this morning from this lovely boutique hotel after an 8 night stay. As always, it is a beautifully well run establishment that caterers to their guests and makes them feel pampered. The location can't be beat being next to Place de Vendome and all area attractions. It is a quiet hotel and has a wonderful, private feel to it. The breakfast is great and all the staff, from the dining room, bedrooms, and front desk, are top drawer. This is a classic Parisienne hotel with many art deco touches. The roons are beautiful and you won't regret staying here!

This hotel was located in the true heart of Paris and filled with authentic art pieces. It was a mix of aged and upgraded, but well stocked and filled with the finest of refreshments upon arrival and daily. The view of the street below was stunning. Located behind the Ritz, you get the location without the price tag!

HORRIFIC OLD Smelly AWFUL property; AVOID

This hotel is so OLD it doesn't even have an elevator to upper floor. The stairs SMELL, the carpet is torn up. The bathroom is NOT ensuite; its a 19th century add-on with idiotic slippery tiles up to an open shower/bath that has NO door, so it floods the entire bathroom. I slipped & BROKE MY PELVIS & these idiots wanted to charge for an extra night! Their room phones do NOT work so I couldn't call for help! APPALLING experience, this place is disgusting & should be shut down as a serious safety hazard.

Loved the historic room & terrace, but the closet was foul, the elevator broke on our second day until our last & we were on the 5th floor, and we were very upset that our supposed “ included breakfast” ended-up as 44 euro per day! That was a total (checkout) scam. Booked through Expedia. Have since traveled with historic hotels to Venice, Florence & Rome. This Paris hotel was a let-down though the private terrace was lovely.

It's a good hotel, but , the wooden floor is too old and too noise at every step in the room and in hallway. If there's people above and quite a bit of walking in the hallway, it becomes too noisy.

Check-in was straight forward, with a friendly staff. I had read such lovely reviews that I was a touch disappointed with our room when I first arrived - though it was spacious, it just didn't have a lot of character. Still, it was very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful. Because of the mounting of the shampoo/soaps etc - they're actually a bit tricky to 'pump'. The shampoo was actually empty when we arrived, and I felt like I had caused a nuisance when I asked for a new one. The breakfast was really lovely, delicious and felt quite spoiled (try the hot chocolate!) We had read a review about there being 'afternoon drinks' offered, but we weren't told anything about it - perhaps it's not happening anymore? The location is ideal, it's very easy to find your way to and from, and lots of transportation options around. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the location was great, but didn't feel overly 'welcomed'.
