L’hôtel était propre mais la chambre était trop petite. J’ai demandé à André de me la changer et il était très serviable, il m’a donné une chambre plus grande. Propreté et entretien + insonorisation , rien à dire. Le seul bémole, c’est l’emplacement. L’hôtel se trouve dans une région très fréquentée par les sans abris et entourés d’une vingtaine de sex-shop et de bordels + le fameux Moulin rouge. Chance que la station de métro Blanche est juste en face , ce qui nous a permis d’éviter les déplacements dans le quartier. Pour les personnes qui aiment marcher, on peut se déplacer partout en marchant, 25 mn à pieds des champs-Elysee ou de la Tour Eiffel.

Sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Frühstücksleistung mit leckerem Kaffee, Säften, etc. für Frankreich auf gutem Niveau. Koffer konnten am An-/Abreisetag im Hotel kostenlos deponiert werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrsgünstig. Nachts ist es schon recht laut wie fast überall in Paris.

Overall the stay was fine. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice. The rooms are advertised as soundproof and that is not the case. The doors are very thin and you can hear conversations happening in the halls and other rooms as if they are beside you. My main issue is lack of availability with the front desk. There were multiple nights where other guests were being obnoxiously loud well past reasonable hours. When we wanted to complain or try to resolve the issue, there phone number online does not even ring through and there is no method of calling the front desk with the phone in the room, at least there are no instructions on how to do so. When we went downstairs to the front desk to resolve the issue, there was also no one there leaving us to have to resolve the issue ourselves knocking on the other residents room at 3am. After doing this, the noise continued almost every night making it very hard to sleep at times. The rooms did their purpose and were clean but overall just an ok experience.

The pictures online were completely different from what we were given. The images made the rooms seem bigger though what we were met with was absolutely opposite. Our room was the size of a shoebox and there was no heater. No one told us about the lack of heating in the building until the last night of our stay. We spent over $2000 dollars for 5 nights with not only no view, no heating or compromise for a bigger room even when requested. The area is filled with adult stores and clubs so coming here with young children isn’t recommended. It was absolutely not worth the amount of money we spent and we were completely blindsided by the size and look of our room.

Loved this hotel .. it was amazing if your American everyone speaks English . One thing is it’s located in the sex district right next to the strip clubs and lots of partying outside but I really didn’t mind at all we enjoyed the night life , the hotel was extremely clean , breakfast was amazing , it was right in front of the metro . The noise was not bad from the partying outside . We were really happy with our stay here it was affordable and the room was spacey considering how small everything in Paris is . Thank you hotel chat le noir we loved it! Breakfast is top tier you will want to add that .. basically our room got cleaned every single day and the staff was great !

Cerca del hotel hacia arriba, hay muchos negocios lindos y calles muy bonitas. La avenida principal no es muy recomendable si vas con niños. Ya que cerca hay muchos sex shop y tiene una vida nocturna bastante activa. El restaurante de abajo del hotel súper bueno. El hotel es pequeño pero céntrico . El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla . Y su personal muy atento . Ah y unas vistas espectaculares.

Camera piena di polvere e sicuramente non pulita tutti i giorni. Il cambio dei teli è a richiesta, e anche quando è stato chiesto ho dovuto poi richiedere di cambiarli perchè non era stato fatto. Personale non attendo e disponibile. Problemi con il condizionatore e a comunicare con il personale per risolvere il problema che non è mai stato risolto. Se questo è un 4 stelle posso paragonarlo tranquillamente a un 2 stelle in Italia. Se dovete pernottare d'urgenza può andare bene ma dato che la spesa non sarà sicuramente bassa non vale un solo centesimo. Mi dispiace perché con la giusta attenzione, manutenzione e gestione potrebbe valere le 4 stelle che è una follia come possa averle con questa gestione. Direi che non mi vedranno mai più.
