Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable room. We chose the suite and it was very well appointed and spacious. Convenient to Champs Elysee and many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

We stayed one night with two kids in a two-room junior suite at 4th floor with views to classic Paris rooftops and streets. Nice room design. Comfortable beds, great bath and shower accessories. Coffee and tea selections and full minibar in the rooms. Great variety of food for breakfast in the ground floor. Close to many shopping and dining options. Totally recommend!

Perfect stay.Very clean. Very friendly staff especially on our check out morning, the two young ladies, one of them is Lisa (who wore a name badge) if I am not wrong from memory, super helpful, they helped us to move our luggage to our taxis. They came very quickly if you need anything from them. Close to Champs Élysées. There’s one USB charger. Lots of wall chargers. Close to metro Station Franklin Roosevelt on champs Élysées. We really enjoyed our stay

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome—everyone was courteous, pleasant, and always happy to help. Coline and the gentleman who managed the restaurant (possibly Leonardo?) were especially outstanding. They were truly amazing hosts and made our experience unforgettable.

My family and I stayed here in two balcony suites, we loved Paris but this hotel was one of the highlights of our trips. Every day the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. During this trip I proposed to my girlfriend and the hotel staff was all in communication, they decorated the room and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We are accustomed to staying at 5 star hotels, yet this hotel treated us and acted as if it were one. I will only be staying here when I come back to Paris. 10/10!

Great location, however, the room is dirty, even with daily housekeeping service, the used cups have not been changed for 3 days, the boxed tissue haven’t been replenished, and there s stink on the carpet.
