Great location, easy access to the train for service to the city of Paris and Disney. Hotel was quiet and clean and complimentary bag storage for the day after checkout while we spent the day at Disney before heading into the city.

Lovely decor, clean smoke free environment, very comfy beds. The breakfast was a great way to start the day of travel when heading g out with the family. So handy to the RER and the restaurant went the extra mile to send out a candle and sing Happy Birthday in English for my son. We will definitely want to stay there again.

We booked the hotel based upon previous reviews and the Best Western lived up to it. The entire staff was most helpful guiding us throughout our stay. Chloe and Marina were most helpful. But all the staff were great.

We loved the hotel and the staff. The only issue was that they didn’t use washcloths. Which this maybe a European thing. Other than that it was a great hotel. Loved being able to open the windows. The staff was very accommodating for anything we asked for.

8/10 Good

Nice and convenient location. We took the free shuttle to Disneyland Paris including a return in the evening at 10.20pm and it wasn't too busy. Breakfast was a bit chaotic at peak hours trying to find a table and cutlery but good selection of food. Only two lifts though which can take a long time so take the stairs if you can! Restaurant opened until late which was good as due to flight delays, we didn't arrive at the hotel until 10.45pm
