I was a little taken aback when I arrived at this hotel because it is smack dab in the middle of the "red light" district and I was traveling with my granddaughter. I am happy to report that we had a wonderful stay without incident. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is central and close to the Metro. I would absolutely stay here again! You will have to walk up one flight in order to access the elevator, but I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed the balcony. It was also a luxury to have a full sized shower, a kitchenette, an elevator, and a full length mirror. Very close to the metro and Moulin Rouge. The room did have a smell and I would have to air it out by opening the balcony when in the room.

The staff was kind. The rooms were beautiful and clean! There’s a metro station in front of the hotel and tons of restaurants around as well, so a very convenient location. I will be staying here every time I go back to Paris!

The hotel is wedged between a strip club and a sex shop, which does not show in the photos. It is quite shabby in the lobby area, but the rooms are lovely (not quite as lovely as the photos but very nice).

We only stayed for one night but the hotel was amazing. We stayed with our two children after a couple of days in Disneyland Paris, this hotel was stunning. Perfect base for us with great links to travel with the metro station just up the road. The overall hotel smelt gorgeous and lots of attention to detail all over. The hotel room was perfect, there was a separate room for our children and a lovely kitchen area with dining table. We will definitely be back in the future.

It’s more apartments than an actual hotel. Tiny elevator. Narrow entry way and one very small front desk. Not as shown in pictures. Not in the main Montmarte area but a street below. Room and clean and renovated.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a very good modern hotel, nice facilities, very friendly personal, the area is great in terms of being close to Monmartre and Opera Palace. The hotel & room was very clean however, please be aware if booking the 4 person room it is a small room with a weird layout. Had a large dining table & coffee table which meant there wasn’t enough room for all our cases. There is also no air conditioning so the rooms can be very warm. Street outside very central and lively lots of bars to visit however, maybe not ideal for children as a lot of sex shops and strip clubs on the road including either side of the hotel. But overall very clean little hotel.

But one grumpy man with bad attitude nearly ruined our stays in Paris. You would know who is he if you have a chance to seek for help from him. Bad attitude and unpleasant words.

Lovely hotel rooms but the location is not ideal. We stayed with 2 young children in family rooms. The hotel is one door directly between an adult shop and a strip joint. Strip shows were on until late in the night. There was a car parked outside for hour whole stay with prozzies and dr@g dealers sitting in the car, doing business. We came out to get a cab at 9.30am to go site seeing with the kids and there was a 24 hour party going on 4 doors up on the bar on the street, that happened 2 days in a row. My kids has their eyes opened and hey had I not been with the kids I might have been at one of those 24 hour parties myself but it left me on edge having the kids exposed to all of this at ages 7 & 10. I think you need to keep this as adult only accommodation, it is not child friendly at all and music going on late into the night meaning none of us could sleep.

Great stay but….

Overall very clean and a nice stay. I will recommend and probably book again. It’s great value for the price. I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but a few issues: The room wasn’t cleaned until early evening (after 6 pm) on my second night and only after I asked for more toilet paper. No elevator should have been stated before getting to the hotel. This will be a problem for people with accessibility issues. From the Google reviews the elevator has not been working for more than a week! There was no way of phoning front desk for help other than walking up and down the many flights of stairs which was inconvenient for when I needed to ask for anything. It was not clear how to operate the shower, some directions would have been helpful. The bathroom tap water was way too strong and would splash out if you accidentally just turned it on more than just a bit. Also the sink didn’t drain. Just a heads up for anyone, the hotel is sandwiched between two adults shops just FYI when booking.
