Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are arriving and departing from the Orly airport they offer a free shuttle. The breakfast was delicious. They run a very clean and neat hotel.

Need a great airport Hotel?

We had an excellent experience here from the start when our hotel bus driver arrived and when we saw the beyclean room. We were offered cold refreshments at check in and the staff was super friendly and informative. We went to the restaurant for a delicious dinner and the gym to do some exercise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fabulous experience.

this is absolutely a budget hotel and they need to improve on the housekeeping. the elevator is so small you cause inhale all the oxygen while you’re in there alone. we did utilize the shuttle even though it left at 5:30 and not five. walkable to the bus station. but I would never stay here again

Clean and proper with convenient access to Orly airport. Staff was very friendly specially Mohammed. I have one observation tho the mirror in the ladies bathroom was too high you can’t even seen yourself unless you are 2 meters tall!

Basic hotel hampered by drawbacks.

One overnight stay for convenience to airport. Parking is a real issue. Onsite restaurant seriously over crowded. We had to go elsewhere for an evening meal but were obliged to take our car. Although alternative restaurants were not far we both have mobility difficulties owing to our age. Air conditioning in room did not work. We were uncomfortable sleeping overnight.

It’s an older property but very well located close to the airport. You get good value for what you pay for. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. We had many requests for them and they would always answer them with a smile in their face. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget that needs to be close to Orly Airport. There is a very nice restaurant in the first level with 5 star food.

The hotel is a very basic hotel and it was extremely clean. There’s a Pedra Alta restaurant next door, that happens to be one my favorite restaurants. The only issue I had was getting from Orly to the hotel as they have a shuttle but it never showed up to pick guests where the hotel told me to wait and the second time I called they pretty much hanged up the phone.

Not well-maintained property

Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the exterior of the hotel appeared abandoned and the surrounding area gave off an unsafe vibe. Furthermore, the lobby area and room have outdated furnishings and lack of basic amenities. It was not easy decision to leave because the night had already paid, but our safety and comfort are our priority. Hotels.com must take immediate action to address the discrepancies between the photos of this hotel online and the actual conditions.
