Thank you for the hospitality! Room was great and comfortable. I suggest that there are no safety box in the rooms, or at least in the room I stayed. Otherwise, excellent service. Breakfast was great!

Overall very unpleasant experience, we had a three night stay and had three different rooms. First room, AC did not work, water leak coming from the ceiling. Room two AC did not work television did not work room three AC did not work. TV did not work and room was dirty cans toiletries underneath the bed. We notified the staff daily, more interested in smoking outside than helping us, our request we’re rarely accomplished. Overall terrible experience.

Les chambres sont censées être disponibles à partir de 15h, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 15h40, la femme de ménage venait tout juste de terminer. Elle a d'ailleurs dû nous apporter les serviettes quelques minutes après notre installation. Malgré cela, l'équipement reste un peu juste : il n'y avait pas de serviette pour les mains (seulement deux pour le corps et un tapis de sol) et pas de brosse dans les toilettes. Le vrai point faible reste l'état de la chambre qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Les murs sont pleins de traces, comme si de l’eau avait coulé partout. Les plinthes sont complètement rongées et la peinture craquelle par endroits. Un autre point noir concerne le parking : il faut attendre qu'on nous ouvre la barrière pour entrer. Une nuit, nous avons dû appeler 6 fois l'hôtel et sonner une dizaine de fois sans réponse. Nous avons finalement été obligés de retourner à pied à l'accueil pour demander qu'on nous ouvre... L'hôtel affiche 3 étoiles, mais pour le coup, on a plutôt eu l'impression de voir des étoiles filantes. C'est dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien et un peu plus d'attention aux détails, le séjour aurait pu être bien plus agréable.
