Within 10 minutes walk from four different metro stations and numerous decent restaurants and bakeries. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Elevator is tiny and barely good for two people. Will be back on our next trip!

I came here for my birthday celebration! It was in a perfect location, walkable and great eateries/cafes in the neighborhood. Coming from America, the bathroom and shower were tight! But none the less it was a decent size for two people. Enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend the area (11th Ard) to stay in Paris.

Wonderful small hotel in a great location

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is fantastic. Relatively short walk to all important sights and the subway station. Excellent food options nearby. Laundromat across the street. The room was small but clean and had enough space for two suitcases. Staff were very nice!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered good variety. It was close to the Parmentier Metro which got us to everywhere we wanted to go. Room had great AC for the scorching days we were there, but the room and it’s shower were tiny.

This hotel was very well located and accessible. There were plenty public transportation options and the neighborhood had amazing dining and bakery options within 15 min walk. The rooms had the basic necessities and sound proof windows. Note that if you are planning to travel with big luggage you may need to reserve the bigger rooms, we were in a room with a queen bed and it would not have been able to fit check in bags. Remember rooms in Paris are smaller than American standard ones. Overall, I would stay here again for up to 5 nights.

The staff are friendly and can speak English. It is very close to a bus stop and the metro. Alot of cafes and even a McDonald's is near by plus pharmacies. The rooms have small spaces but it was good enough for us. Maybe bit tight for bigger People

This location served its purpose. Being an American and my first time in France it was a bit difficult navigating the area since this is more a hotel for locals than tourist. However, the two lady receptionists that worked during the day were very helpful helping us navigate the train system and area. The night clerk didn’t know much so make sure to ask your questions in the day. The rooms were small and compacted but I’m learning that’s the way most rooms are in France. Overall a great experience and great day and night life around the hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay. As soon as we arrived, the front desk gentleman was quite rude. Although the other staff were very friendly. Our room looked very different from the pictures. It was smaller and the hotel had more of a hostel feel. The sheets had spots on them and there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. Everything just felt a little grimy and worn. There was also no proper hair dryer, the heater made weird noises, and it was quite damp in the room. To make things worse, the ceiling started leaking water onto our bed from the light fixture after a heavy rainfall on our last night. I understand this is a lower budget hotel in Paris but some things are inexcusable.

The staff make this hotel, the professional and polite approach is really appreciated. Everything was fine with the hotel, my only negative is that it would be great if the room doors didn't slam shut - the noise from them at night is a little intrusive. Location is spot on, very easy to access the Metro network and a bus stop outside. Taxi services are readily available through reception. The rooms were a little more spacious than expected, though the bathroom is predictably small. Totally adequate though and clean/comfortable. I would stay here again.
