We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a four star hotel. This hotel should be at the most a two star hotel. It is old, rundown, and dirty. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was extremely small. We were told that we would get two beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was Just a pullout sofa that was old and almost broken. We only had one bed. They were bugs in our room when we complained they said there’s nothing that they could do about that. The only redeemable quality at that hotel was the restaurant on site. Even the pool was dirty Very disappointing.

Terrible hotel

The bathroom was a 10, everything else was zero. The staff was not friendly, the beds were falling apart so my son took the mattress off the bed and slept on the floor. The TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

I am a Gold VIP Member and upon checking in, I was told that this hotel does not honor any perks and IS Not a VIP Hotel,, No Free meals, no upgrades, nothing. The restaurant is the worst, I was the only one there and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge me, I finally had to get up and ask her for water, and than she sat back down to finish her paperwork, again I got back up to see her and put in my order. my chicken wings were RAW inside. I took pictures, but they don't allow me to post. Also, there is no safe in the room and the few TV channels they have are all in french. They should Take down the website advertising that they are a VIP hotel and hire a waitress that is willing to work,also find a chef that can cook. Sick to my stomach over the chicken and false advertisement.

Un 2nd séjour très décevant

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel en moins de 10 jours. Cette fois-ci, c'est une déception : chambre tellement petite que l'on ne pouvait pas se mouvoir normalement, fenêtre qui donnerait sur une passerelle reliant le bâtiment d'en face. Et toujours des portes qui claquent en permanence (majordome trop puissant). Je changerais probablement d'établissement lors de mon prochain voyage dans la région.

Great location, 1/2 from the center of Paris by car off pick hours, great staff, couple of dining options near by, great bakeries near by, swimming pool, easy parking. Room was a bit small for the 3 of us but we only stayed there to sleep, the rest of the time we were out exploring the city. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr nett und schön, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und geben sich Mühe. Das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, es hatte alles was man braucht, ein Pool gab es auch. Einziger minus Punkt war das manchmal Geschirr beim Frühstück spül Rückstände hatte. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden es guten Herzens weiterempfehlen.
