I believe holidays and relaxation start from the hotel, when travelling to Paris not many people chill in the hotel, usually everyone exploring the city, but hotel is still a crucial part of holidays, so if y9u are going to paris and looking for something not crazy expensive, quiet, clean and conveniently located then this is your place to go. The reception people are extremely nice, they are on the top of the news, can make in English not only small chit chat, but discuss for example whats happening in Australia.. news, where to eat, what to eat and it wont be only about paris, they can siggest what to eat in Lyon and in Barcelona. We had a great time. Hotel is clean and yes rooms are small but thats all you need in paris: convenient location, clean facilities, nice service, clean bathroom and shower and comfortable beds to sleep. Thankyou and def next time when we are back to Paris, we pick you again. See you soon

Even though the location of the hotel is in the centre of Paris and in the Opera area, the staff was not friendly and we had every day to request providing adequate minibar beverages, not a single hour late checkout even thought I had just a medical operation and my stay in the room for extra hour would have helped me to relax before taking a long flight back home. I considered the staff behaviour for medical condition unhuman and unprofessional for someone who booked a deluxe superior room. It was a unpleasant and bad experience.

This was the perfect location for our 6 night stay in Paris! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it is convenient to so many places - whether you want to walk or take the Metro. Several excellent restaurants are nearby and some even in the same block. Even better, I left a gold necklace in the room safe and, after notifying the hotel a couple of days after departure when this was discovered, they did have the necklace and were kind and honest enough to let me know and ship it back to me in the US. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfortable room, central location, and excellent customer service.

The location is fantastic, but the room smells like drainage, good thing I always pack my room deodorizer. It starter smelling a little decent until the third day. I don't understand something so simple to use a room deodorizer, why dint tjey do it. I am happy with housekeeping they always went out of their way to have the room very clean daily and the receptionist at the front desk have always been very polite

Awesome 4 nights stay
Amazing location. Near to Metro and RER. Galeries Lafayette located a few steps away. Many eating joints nearby plus a minimart. Hotel staff is friendly and amazing. Provide daily drinking bottle to room guests. Will visit again definitely!
