We had a great experience staying here for about 5 nights. The front desk people were so welcoming and nice, especially Emily. We traveled with 2 young kids so we got the family room and it was good enough space for a family of 4. We particularly loved the convenience of the hotel location because of the close proximity to many places and metro system. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here! We would definitely go back the next time we go to Paris.

Very friendly and efficient staff - both at reception as well as the cleaners. The air conditioning was much appreciated. The room was small - but reasonably priced for the location. Despite the proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, there were no noise issues - indeed the hotel was relaxing and quiet. Sole caveat: one is used to having a small fridge at one's disposal but I doubt there would have been space for this.

This hotel was located on a quiet street right by the Arc du Triomphe. It was about 3 blocks from the metro station and close to hop on hop off buses. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We skipped the overpriced breakfast and went to the Leonie bakery instead. The pizza place a few doors down is fabulous and has excellent food and desserts. The hotel was convenient to several grocery stores.

The closeness to the Arc de Triomphe was outstanding and great restaurants on the main street. The hotel had been recently modernized but the room we had (for 3) was pretty small. We had trouble with finding channels on the TV and adjusting the modern room thermostat. On the other hand the staff was great. Overall, on our next trip to Paris, we will stay there again.
