Good location

Great value for money

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was prompt and hassle-free. The breakfast was decent, however do not expect too much. The standout feature is the hotel's proximity to the metro, just one street away, making it incredibly convenient to visit the Louvre Museum. The room was spacious and comfortable.Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to explore Paris with ease.

I stayed in this structure for 4 night. The hotel is very clean, in a safety area with and extremly near to differents metro stations. The equipe/staff of the hotel is polite and extremly kind: in particular at the help desk and in the breackfast area (also the breakfast it's beautiful). If my holiday was amazing, it was also thanks to the Hotel du Pré. I strongly reccomend it.

Very friendly and comfortable

The staff are friendly and accommodating There is a lift / elevator which was a huge plus Amazing location near a metro station and a cute little park, short walk to gare du nord. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Well soundproofed, although there is no air conditioning. A few parts were a little bit worn and old but everything worked fine and was very clean. The breakfast is tasty, delicious coffee I would recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay on a not so busy street

It was amazing, So helpful and the hotel is charming with updated amenities. Looks just like the photos, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The shower is small but it works and the water doesn’t take long to heat up and the pressure is good. The breakfast is delicious and hits the spot. Everyone I have interacted with has been helpful and kind. The location is great, 15-20 minute walk to the Opera district, lots of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and metro stations along the way. Cut little pack near by. I liked that the windows are modern and functional, nice views. Would definitely come back again when I’m in the area.

This hotel was half the price of our preferred hotel. It was a bit of a hit and hope which worked in some respects, mainly location. Its ratings on Expedia was 8.8 / 10. I don’t know how it got that rating. There was no fridge, (I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel room that didn’t have a fridge), no air conditioning, wood chip wallpaper, cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, the shower had seen better days. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. The whole place needs updating.

Very nice hotel, lovely furnishings and great breakfast with coffee etc. Bed extremely comfortable. Not too far from the Gare du Nord station etc. I only had one night here but my experience was excellent. Also very friendly staff.

Very hard to find! I walked from the train station nearby and kept getting lost, even with directions. It is in a nice, paresean neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, Mondmarte, and the opera houses. Uber eats delivers. Large room facing the courtyard. No air-conditioning. It was in the 60s at night in early june and i had a fan and could open the large windows. There is a very tiny 1 person with suitcase elevator. The shower was hard to

Excellent location between two nearby metro stations—but also in fairly quiet street. New windows keep noise out. Re-done feels like brand brew-modern bathroom in my room. Furniture and door to room needed new paint. Lovely lobby area to relax in. Good bread and pastries for breakfast as well as cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal and fruit juice. Very professional, polite and attentive staff. Nice clientele—no loud students.

Hyggeligt hotel med charme

Super hyggeligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Gå afstand til alt. Parkeringskælder lige uden for døren, caféer og masser af restauranter i området. Hotellet fremstår hyggeligt pænt og rent, dejlig roligt morgenmads område og super venligt personale. Ældre og godt brugt hotel med masser af charme. Kan varmt anbefales, her er pris langt under forventet.

周辺のホテルよりも手ごろな値段で利用できました。マダムが親切でパリの街ではスリに気をつけるよう、ジェスチャーで、教えてくれました。滞在最後の日も、もちろん荷物を預かってくれて、迎えの車が来るまで、ロビーでゆっくり過ごさせてもらいました。 シャワーを利用する際、どうしても水がはねてしまい、足ふきマットで最後拭きましたが、タイルなので乾きも早く、これはこれでありなのかなとおもっています。
