Great hotel

Spend 3 nights here, great location and very nice staff. The lobby always had free coffee and tea available + snacks. Bathroom could use some more light but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place , super nice staff

Perfect place great location and staff super nice and friendly. Room very comfortable and have a dry towel that save us on the rainy weather. Super near restaurants, supermarkets and gate the Lyon station, very good location! I spent my birthday there and they have a nice card with desserts for happy birthday, so thoughtful I recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Close to Gare Lyon, walking distance to Bastille. quiet street. nice room. Water pressure in shower was low but not sure if that is standard in this location of Paris. Convenient to train and subway. Good location to base from as an enroute travel stop going through Paris to southern europe.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Also very quiet for sleeping. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We did not have hot water for 24 hours which was not ideal but was fixed quickly. Location was great for Bastille area, Gare de Lyon ans the left bank. We would happily stay here again.

Very good hotel Room was lovely and authentic TV huge Bathroom was large with a sizable and clean shower Still enough to do in the area even though it's not too near the centre of Paris Staff were lovely and speak English Treats and coffee on tap from the reception area including wallnuts and dried apricots yummy. Nothing was too much to ask from reception staff Really well done

Prime Location and Foreign Friendly!

Prime location by the Gare de Lyon main station. Super easy to walk around with good dining and bar options nearby. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bonus towel warmers in the bathrooms! Staff was excellent, spoke multiple languages, patient, efficient, helpful, and most of all friendly. Extra bonus - snacks and mint or lemon water available in the lobby for guests!

Somehow you can see that they did a short cut in their renovation, changing it from the previous hotel.Overall room feels still dated.Staff are friendly, location is pretty good and safe (considering it’s very close to Gare de Lyon)

A good but basic hotel

A good but basic hotel. I would recommend it but just two smaller issues. Their pillows are awful and if you stay in room 307 the noise from the cleaners room next door is unbearable from morning to early evening.
