Everything was great! Good location and the staff is awesome. Rooms are small but very clean. Our air conditioning was not working so that made it challenging to sleep, but the staff did their best to help.

It was strange that I needed to leave my key, but not a deal breaker. My room was a very strange set up with bathroom upstairs and not able to stand up to shower. If I had been staying for a long time this would not have been ideal, but for short term stay it was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is AMAZING! Would stay here again.

The friendliness of the staff is apparent from when we checked in and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. Our superior Courtyard room was spacious for two people and larger than many Paris hotels. There was room for two large suitcases and still had plenty of space left. Rooms were very clean and we appreciated the two bottles of water each day and the free afternoon pastry/cake on offer in the afternoons. Air conditioning was very good and the shower water pressure was excellent.

Lovely staff. Great location. Nice breakfast. Be careful about having the duplex room. Nice high ceiling but the toilet is downstairs without a basin and up a set of suicide stairs is a bath and basin. We went up and down very carefully.

Hotel was clean, staff so friendly. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Location of the hotel is just perfect, close to everywhere. You ate just one minute away from Louvre Museum. There is metro station close by too. If I go back to Paris I will definitely stay there again
