Staff was wonderful, room was clean and came with balcony per booking. Check-in was not on time (after 3pm) which was a bummer after a long flight...they did store our bags for us so we could go but, it would have been nice to shower and clean up. Great location for people looking to shop at the expensive boutique but, 30-40 min walk to most locations (Concord was a close 15).

Wifi was big problem and non of our guests could connect we were on a business trip so this was a challenge. No room service or vending machines/snacks so if hungry you only have the breakfast option. Location fantastic as in walking distance from everything we needed. Great price for an amazing, central location. Good size room for 3 people and it had a terrace looking across the river to the eiffel tower. Minor things: hair dryer wasnt working and there was scaffolding on the balcony, but since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal for us.

The location was good and I loved having the little balcony to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee. The electricity was difficult to keep on. The whole room worked by inserting your room key in the keypad by the door. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Our last morning we just dressed and packed with no electricity. The staff was very friendly.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Our family experienced one of the most traumatic events of our lives while staying here. When we returned to our locked hotel room after being away for only a few hours, we discovered that it had been accessed without any signs of forced entry. Our locked suitcases had been opened, and more than $150,000 USD in personal property—including luxury handbags, high-value jewelry, cash, wallets, credit cards, and identification—was missing. What makes this even more alarming is that the day before the theft, someone entered our room despite our “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed and despite our request that no housekeeping or staff enter our room. We repeatedly asked hotel management why someone entered our room and how access was obtained, but we have not received clear answers. French police and forensic investigators spent hours processing our room, collecting fingerprints and evidence. An official criminal investigation is now underway. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests. Based on our experience, we have serious concerns about the hotel’s security, transparency, and handling of this incident. We are sharing our experience so other travelers can make an informed decision before trusting this hotel with their safety and valuables.
