This is a great location near Montparnasse, with easy access to the subway and pleasant walking streets filled with restaurants and a Sunday brocante. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you; this is my second stay here.

Just our room, but here we go : Could hear everything happening outside of the room. Lights behind bed was broken or could be used as disco light. Bathroom light was broken, but mirror light worked and was supposed to be the main light according to reception. Mirror also a bit broken on the side. But no problem. Windows could be opened, but make sure to close them before sleeping as they are as big as a door leading straight to the outdoor lounge and therefore needs to be closed at night. Ac smelled bad(piss/toilet ish), but apparently that's how ac's work. Was actually allright during the days, but evening/morning was bad. Had a hair hanging in the shower from start to end of the stay, figured i'd leave it alone. Pretty sure the cleaner stole 2 of my kinder chocolates. Good location. Staff was nice.

Payed 190€/night, my room was on the 3rd floor, no elivator. the floor, the doors the wall changed to maid/ design, the bathroom with cheep bathroom fittings, one night someone came in my room, the other night the door did not open, if there would be a fire I don‘t see a possibilty to get out if it. In Germany you would not get the permission to rent out room.

En arrivant à l hÎtel Claifontaine ,la personne à l accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Elle nous precise que son collegue avait fait une erreur et qu il ny avait plus de chambre libre Je sortais d une opération chirurgicale et j etais là pour me reposer. Il a fallu pallabrer pendant plus de 2h pour qu ils se decident à nous trouver un hébergement dans les alentours.C est uniquement par notre détermination que nous avons pu obtenir satisfaction car au départ on nous a dit qu ils ne pouvaient rien faire
