We were happily greeted by Eloise, where we found a recently renovated check in. Simple and clean. Eloise was kind and helpful if we needed anything. Our room, 2-twin beds was of adequate size and immaculate. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom was small, which we expected in Europe, but held all of the necessary features. The shower had great water pressure. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The hotel was safe, in a great area, and easily walkable area. I would happily stay here again.

Staff were accommodating and helpful. No air condition, there was a heat wave during my stay, so it was very hot even with the window open. The shower head is not installed on the wall so i needed to hold it while taking a shower which was a struggle. Then the elevator button was broken, unable to use elevator to go up.

La chambre, le ménage doit être mieux fait car des trace sur la couette ainsi que beaucoup de poussière était à déclarer. Un des membre du personnel nous a acuser d’une chose que l’on n’a pas fait car c’était les personne du dessus qui déplacer des meubles dans la chambre, mais sinon le reste du personnel était très accueillant ne changer pas. Sinon a par sa très bonne hôtel.

Hôtel conforme à la description, peu de place à la réception (il manquerait un canapé et un distributeur de boisson ou une fontaine d'eau). Propre, literie très confortable, salle de bain avec wc correcte. Le jeune homme a l'accueil était hyper serviable (répondant à toutes nos demandes même pour juste une nuit), celui de la nuit (alors qu'il faut badgé à l'entrée) et celle du matin beaucoup moins souriant et attentif à notre confort. Salle du petit déjeuné trop mal agencée au rez de chaussée pas très agréable au petit matin.

Au départ, on m'a attribué une chambre avec chaleur étouffante. Du coup, à l'accueil, au lieu de me trouver un ventilateur, la dame m'a carrément changé de chambre pour une autre plus fraîche avec 1 grand lit 👍Sinon toujours la bouilloire pratique, salle de bain nickel, grande tv et la carte de la chambre ouvre aussi la porte de l'hôtel si on rentre tard la nuit 👌 Quartier pratique pour transport, commerces et tous styles de restauration.
