Me and my wife checked-in right on the 17th afternoon (protest day). The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Anise. Anise worked by herself that evening during the chaotic time outside. She had to deliver foods up and down the stairs by herself, watching the door, and manned the desk while the chaotic crowds were right outside, with tear gas smoke and fireworks erupted right outside the door. She was very brave and we commended her for that. 👍

Hotel Cambon is perfectly located in the 1st, perpendicular to Rue saint Honore. Walking distance to the Lourve, Vendome, Jardin Tuileries. In fact all the main attractions are an easy walk from this hotel. The room was spacious with a sitting area, the shower had a bench seat, water pressure was fabulous. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities and a bonus was slippers and robe. Highly recommend. We didn’t include breakfast, but I did notice on check out coffee, juice and some food options in the reception area. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.
