Staff were excellent. Friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a great location, with several metro oprions near by. Our room faced the main street, but the sound proofing was excellent, didn't hear any traffic or people outside.

The hotel was an amazing little oasis in the middle of the Gare de l’Est area. The check in process was really smooth and we were able to safely store our luggage until the room was ready. Highly recommend this hotel as a solid base for a budget-friendly stopover in Paris.

We had a great stay in a lovely room with beautiful wallpaper. That seems silly but it did feel more elegant. The AC was amazing for being in Paris in the heat. We did not ever make it to the breakfast but enjoyed the great little cafes all around the neighborhood. Very good location between the metros and the number 4 line gets to a lot of the main attractions.

Decent ‘bang for the buck’, but it’s incredibly small and it’s in a bit of a rundown neighbourhood - until you get a block and a half away. Day staff is amazing; night staff not so much. Breakfast was excellent! Overall, it would have been a much better experience if the room was bigger.

Perfect for a short layover. Friendly and efficient front desk, clean and comfortable room, and a smooth check-in/check-out experience. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh. The shower was great too. We really enjoyed our stay and would return next time we’re in Paris!
