The hotel is in a good location with shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a proper Parisian character! Easy to walk to the Sacre Coeur in about 5 minutes and good travel connections to visit the sights of the city by Metro or bus. Our room was small, but clean and okay for the price.

Great location for bars and food. 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room had a balcony which was lovely and the bathroom was spotless. Lots of hot water and good pressure from the shower. The lift is weeny so one bag and one person at a time! Overall great stay

We had a very nice 4 night stay - we did not have breakfast but did enjoy a coffee in the mornings, which was free and very good. The staff were pleasant and helpfully gave us a replacement hairdryer as the one in our room wasn’t working. The lift is minuscule and did make us laugh when we first saw it - we just walked up and down the stairs - the lift is for a maximum of 2 persons or 1 with a suitcase! Our room was a classic double and we thought it was quite a good size for a city hotel and good value for the price we paid. The hotel is in Montemartre and so close to Sacre Coeur, metro and many restaurants and attractions. It is not a wealthy area of the city but the buildings were lovely, it wasn’t particularly noisy and we slept well in a comfy bed. The ceiling fan did a good job of keeping the room cool! Our shower head was a bit wonky but lots of hot water - and a nice en-suite! The carpet on the stairs does need to be cleaned, but otherwise everywhere else seemed clean and well maintained.

Stayed in the tiny double room, which was all that we needed! Very clean, comfortable bed, has desk for laying things on, wardrobe space, a safe, and a tiny bathroom at the end. Only a couple minutes walk from the metro station and a few stops from Gare du Nord. Overall very happy with this stay. The elevator up to the rooms is also very small, a squeeze to fit in two people; the stairs are much more spacious, but if you have mobility issues might be worth checking if you can be on a lower floor. In our room the safe didn't work, the batteries had been taped into place but the weight was making them fall out of the tape so the safe would turn itself off, fortunately we realised this before we locked our things in it.
