The property is in a walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast was always fresh, delicious, with multiple options & in a pleasant environment. The staff was very friendly, accommodating & spoke English. Multiple TV channels were available for English-speaking folks. The safe box was not available, though.

Very warm welcome from the lady at the front office. I was able to get my room a little early and store my suitcase, which was very convenient. The room is not large, but it is well designed and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. Fantastic location, 3 min to subway , many restaurants around, few small grocery stores too. One thing to know: in France, many hotels only clean the room if you leave the “Please clean my room” sign on the door. Overall, a very pleasant stay with friendly service.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bolougne. However, they did put me outside in an annex type of accomodation that required climbing 2 and 1/2 stories on a spiral stairway that was pretty tight. If you have large luggage or are not capable of climbing stairs, make sure that you are not put into this room. That said, it was VERY quiet and comfortable.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very new and spacious. The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and they are open late. It’s close proximity to Rolland Garros, transportation, cafes. We would definitely stay again. You could hear some noise from the room next door but when I closed the bathroom door it muffled it enough that I could sleep without it bothering me - it was not a big deal. The elevator was in good working condition. Cute common area in the lobby and looked like a nice breakfast although we did not eat it because we woke up too late.

Stay was comfortable but service needs attention. My daughter left a book in the room and when she came back to collect her bag the member of staff simply did not entertain that the book had been left and they didn’t have it and couldn’t look for it. It was the same colour as the bedside table and might have been missed by the cleaners - they could have some attempt to try but very abrupt and said nothing could be done. Disappointing end to a nice stay. Some customer service training possibly required.
