The staff was amazing and helpful as well as super friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable however it was a bit small. However we’re in the heart of Paris so I believe that is to be expected. We were able to walk to many places and restaurants.

It a warm and cozy property, as it’s a heritage building the halls and staircases are worn out. The elevator is really small and if you have more than 1 suitcase, it will take you multiple trips. The staff is very helpful. You can always pick up water on your way in or out.

Our room was clean and pleasant but we had an issue with the shower and the safe did not work. We raised these points and the staff went out of their way to change our room and move out things for us while we were out. They were also extremely helpful in booking a room for my niece who unexpectedly came to join us for two nights. While breakfast was available at the hotel we had opted for no breakfast and there was a bakery just across the road with excellent croissants and the option for a coffee and a little park just around the corner where one could sit and have said croissant. A lot of Korean restaurants in the area and an easy walk to Opera or down to Comédie Française and Louvre.
