The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The hotel's location is perfect, very convenient for getting around. I stayed for one night with my toddler; while the room was a bit small and noisy, it worked fine for our short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic —right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best perks is the complimentary coffee available all day, along with a variety of snacks—such a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall comfort. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s completely expected in Paris. Despite the size, they are well-designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just a block from the metro station, which is very convenient. They offer breakfast every day for just $12 euro per person and they have several options for you to choose. They also has coffee, refreshments and some snacks daily for free. The rooms have good size including the bathroom. They clean our room every day. The person who was in charge of the dinning room was always king and attentive. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location very close to metro and most stuff is walkable. Rooms are very small and walls are thin, but the place is clean. I choose to book this hotel because i am a gold member and get certain benefits when booking a hotel with VIP access, however the employees at the reception told us they have no cooperation with Hotels.com and have never heard of VIP access, and wouldn't offer anything that was written on the app before i booked. They should get that in order or maybe remove the false advertisement.
