Small hotel with 2 rooms per floor. It is in an excellent condition. Friendly staff. Great location, on a quiet slide street, with only a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, metro, restaurants, shops. Fast internet included, breakfast is extra. The rooms are not too big, but at this price point it is an excellent option. There could be options with a smaller room with a balcony, or a bit larger room without it (...I had one without, and it was very comfortable). I very much enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.

Evrything was great...the front desk very friendly and helps us with reservations for hotel and ubers/taxi....is also around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees .....there are restaurants and little grocey stores very close to the hotel...the only inconvenience was that the elevator broke down because some kids were playing with it but it was fixed the next day. Other than that i would definetly recommend this Hotel.

Very tiny room. Breakfast area is a small room in the basement with mediocre food. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is pretty near Arc de Triomphe, which means you can spend less time at the hotel and enjoy that area.

An excellent boutique hotel within a three minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to bus and subway links meaning site seeing is a breeze. Our room was clean and tidy and the hotel even set up a spare bed for our daughter. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Paris

First time visiting Paris and at first we were kind of scared as we were visiting as a family(4 including kids) but the hotel is very well located(30 minutes from airport(Uber), 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe, train station is another 5 minute walk, Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute drive away) amazing staff, they’re very attentive, replied to all our questions via email before arriving. Tons of food options around, it is a small concept hotel but amazing for a couple of days or a week. Will definitely comeback and recommend.
