It is lovely hotel to stay in for exploring Paris as it is within walking distance (c. 25 minutes) of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine and 2 minutes from Charles Marcel Metro tube. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had two rooms, one above the other but, curiously, they were different sizes. The air con didn’t make make difference to the room temperature during the unseasonally warm spell we experienced when we stayed. That said, we’d definitely return. Thanks for looking after us.

The parking area is 150-200 meters away from the hotel. The card we got to enter the parking lot did not work a few times and we had to go back to the hotel. The parking lot is very narrow for a car larger than a sedan. If you want to leave your car during the day after checking out and leave the parking lot in the evening, they try to charge an extra fee. The reception's English is not very good. The room was generally clean

The location of the hotel is perfect. I’ve stayed there before and I love that area. It’s a cute neighborhood and the metro station is literally two minutes away. The staff are pleasant. The room we got, however, had a carpet which was full of stains everywhere they need to change the carpeting and fix up somemof their rooms - and we could hear our neighbor snore at night. If you want to get a room, make sure you get a king room and third floor and above - those rooms are very nice and renovated-

Everything was fine, except sound-proofing

The hotel is conveniently situated close to a metro station (Charles Michels), the staff is friendly and hotel is clean. But unfortunately it scores very low on sound-proofing - if you happen to be a light sleeper and placed in a room next to noisy people, forget about having a restful and peaceful night.
