Very simple and basic hotel, but then again very inexpensive. Suitable if you’re looking for a safe place to hang your hat, just spend a couple of nights in lovely Paris. Very central location in Paris. Friendly service, check-in, and out were a breeze. I would go there again if I’m on a budget.

We arrived at hotel 3 hours before check in and the concierge worked with us and gave us the room as soon as it was ready which happesedn to be right then! Great customer service and the rooms were a lot nicer than we thought

Cleanliness has been mentioned by others, so was my concern... It was good for bedroom and bathroom. The only things that let it down were some splash marks from a drink on the curtains, which didn't look nice, but weren't unhygienic. All surfaces had been wiped and floors clear. Plenty of space, really helpful staff. Basic, and good value.

Clean and safe area near metro and buses. No air conditioning and no fans available, so extremely still and warm in my room. Staff were exceptional! No lift so if you have bad knees, be cautious. Overall, for the price decent deal.

Staff is really good Even if from outside the hotel doesn’t look that great, same for the stair etc, the rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable For solo trips, this is a good place to stay for a correct price. I won’t recommend for family stay as the bedrooms are pretty small, unless it is with a baby

El exterior y las escaleras interiores son feos (creo que no hay elevador), pero los cuartos son limpios y cĂłmodos. El personal fue muy amable. EstĂĄ muy cerca de la Plaza de la RepĂșblica, por lo que es fĂĄcil llegar en metro. La misma lĂ­nea del metro lo lleva a uno a la Gare du Nord (4-5 estaciones) desde se toma (y dĂłnde llega) el tren del aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle. Muchos restaurantes y bares cerca. Fui a uno indĂș excelente (el nombre incluye la palabra Himalaya, no recuerdo exactamente)

Une nuit horrible !

Une chambre solo rĂ©servĂ©e oĂč l'on se retrouve avec un lit une place. La seule chambre solo disponible est derriĂšre l'accueil, accolĂ©e Ă  la cour et l’escalier principal. A peine entrĂ© dans la chambre, le bruit de passage dans l'escalier est hallucinant. Je repart demander une autre chambre. Mais c'est la seule solo disponible et pas question de m'en donner une non solo. Alors mĂȘme que j'ai payĂ© 110€ la nuit. Pas de clim, une fenĂȘtre partiellement obstruĂ©e pour des raisons de sĂ©curitĂ© j'imagine. Une couette avec des tĂąches. Une salle de bain minuscule ou le lavabo permet Ă  peine de se laver les mains et mĂȘme pas un verre pour se brosser les dents. Une TV accrochĂ©e presque au plafond. Et pas de climatisation... Je suis sĂ»r que dans certaines chambres universitaires du CROUS il y a plus de confort et d'espace. Une nuit horrible, en plus des bruits de pas dans l'escalier, j'ai entendu la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'hĂŽtel Ă  chaque ouverture. A 1h du matin, ils ont dĂ©mĂ©nagĂ© un chariot ELIS dans la cour en tapant contre les murs... et ça a Ă©tĂ© comme ça toute la nuit. Pour ma part, plus jamais cet hĂŽtel que j'avais choisi pour sa localisation. J'ai mieux dormi dans des formule1 que dans cet hĂŽtel.

Le prix est ce qu'il est car dormir Ă  Paris est un luxe. Il n'empĂȘche que cet Ă©tablissement est tout simplement salle. Les salles de bains sont salles, non nettoyĂ©es tous les jours et on y retrouve des poils et cheveux. Les carreaux sont tĂąchĂ©s de crasse ancienne. Sinon, la chambre au dernier Ă©tage cĂŽtĂ© cour est calme la nuit.
