While I love staying here and the staff has always been gracious, I forgot my diamond earrings on the night table by my bed and when I got back from my excursion they were gone. The hotel manager on duty said that I should have used the safe. I obviously always utilize the safe, however, I forgot to put them on so how could I? It's a shame that a hotel of this caliber, would actually tell me that unless I put items in the safe, i basically should expect to not find them when i get back. Hopefully that doesn't include my suitcases, as obviously they don't fit it safe. Just beware.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! In particular Jessyca from the front desk was Fantastic helping us out when our car service did not arrive on time. Will absolutely stay here again when back in Paris!

However, when we returned home we found someone on staff had defecated in some of our dirty clothes, (of which we had stored in separate bags from our clean clothes, needless to say, that kind of changed our opinion of the stay. The hotel staff was super friendly, and spoke English which was very helpful especially in a new country. Room was clean, and location was great as it was literally right outside a metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby and lively location so it feels safe, which was one of my main concerns when looking for a hotel location. I would highly recommend this hotel for the quality, affordable price, convenience in location and the friendly service.

Good location

Great location, bus route outside will take you straight to Louvre, metro station right outside also. Room was what I expect from a chain hotel, decent size and clean. Breakfast options were good, decent tea, can ask for omlettes to be made, loads of choice to suit everyone. A bit loud due to bars across the street and being at a crossroads but unless you're a light sleeper it wouldn't bother you. Staff were all great. Would stay again.
