Tiny room, with a view of an equally tiny courtyard. But everything was clean and in working order. Nice enough breakfast, if somewhat basic. Helpful staff. I basically needed a place to crash overnight between trains, and this place served the need well. Not sure I'd stay for a week.

Neat As A Pin! Clean & Modern Bath! Though my room was quite small, it was efficiently laid out with both electrical outlet & lights above the bed, TV viewable from the bed & the cleanest bathroom I could ask for. No scum, no mold. Updated, modern and clean. And the breakfast was a delight. Croissants, tasty hearty bread, nice cheeses, delicious yogurt, fruits, superb choice of teas and coffee. Easy location just a few blocks from the Gare de Lyon.

We booked a “Studio” room. The room was quite small and there wasn’t enough room for luggage, so we had to pack/unpack everything everyday. That being said, and leaving this detail aside, the property is really well located, next to the subway, there are restaurants and minimarts close by, and the staff was pretty attentive and aproachable. The hotel offered coffee/tea/water for free at any time, and with the high temperatures in Paris at the moment it was very convenient, so I think overall it was a very good experience there.

Excellent location - really close to Gare de Lyon. Breakfast was really nice. The free hot drinks, filtered water and sweets was really appreciated and a real perk of staying there! Nice bars and restaurants on the same road as the hotel too! We would definitely stay again!
