Very friendly and competent staff . There was a problem with the hot water and we were immediately given another room on the same floor so it was easy to transfer our luggage. The breakfast items were all very fresh and tasty , included in the price of the room , making this a plus .

Place was nice. Brand new and in great shape. Room was nice. Air conditioning seemed fine but it wasn't particularly hot during the night we stayed. Breakfast was good. Strange the front desk couldn't add a postcard to their outgoing mail.

It was brand new property, nice room and very clean. The only hiccup I had was trying to contact the hotel to schedule shuttle pick ip upon arrival in CDG, they never answered the phone . It was a bid disappointing. Other than that it was good , friendly staff and fast check in

The room was in good condition but: - it was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel & one had to carry heavy suitcases down stairs or a side path - there was no underground parking contrary to what it says on line - there was no restaurant on site contrary to what it says online. Had to order a Uber heat which arrived one hour later & cold - felt like one person was in charge of everything (desk, snacks, cleaning) - in short: overpriced, & over rated: do not go there to finish a nice trip

This hotel is very new and in close proximity to the Charles de Galle airport. The hotel is in new condition although the sink fawcett in the bathroom was not attached to the sink itself. Also, we were unable to get the air conditioning working. We phoned the reception 3 times that evening and no one ever addressed our concerns so we had a very uncomfortable sleep.
