No complaints.

Comfortable bed in clean, well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable cost for room and breakfast. Fairly close to a Metro station heading into central Paris. I've paid far more for far less nice rooms in Paris before.

Nice Tourist Hotel

We loved the concept of the eco hotel and almost everything was done with this in mind. The hotel is comfortable and has quite a few amenities for a smaller property. On the other side, things are somewhat run down, particularly in the bathroom and that may not please everyone.

We stay here many times when Visiting the family . C’est notre Hôtel préféré . Is a very cosy and clean hotel We feel home as in Canada Very clean and very friendly staff Easy transportation by the 27 Bus and very close to the Place d’Italy 2 Shopping Center , next to the Metro Station Thank you to all staff

Okay hotel, clean room and friendly receptionist. I did call to reception and ask them to fix my safe as i couldn't open it from day one, and to fix the shower door as it wouldn't close all so water got out in the bathroom! didn't hear more from them so i didn't care since i always brought my valuables around like passport etc.. had to pay some sort of city tax at the hotel pr night of stay in paris? Didn't know about this, should be advertised when you book..

Hotel is clean, shower is very small, but the towels is too old and small, they need to replace it that it will make a big difference also change carpet all way down and furnitures placement in main hall looks not good as they need to work on that seriously. The hotel is in main busy road but I did sleep well because it’s double glasses, very calm. The area so very busy, shops, bars, restaurants, and facilities transport. I did enjoy my holidays, I will be back again because it’s a great place to spend time.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Hotel room smelt weird and was dirty. All night people were smoking cigarettes and my room smelt Of smoke. The wifi didn't even work I had to sit on the floor on my laptop by the door to even be connected. Will never stay here again even if it was free.

Hotel bien situé et avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre pas exigüe et salle de bain fonctionnelle. Juste un petit problème d'eau qui peut sortir de la douche avec les éclaboussures et la clim dont le volet était cassé et donc pointait l'air frais au niveau des épaules et de la tête une fois dans le lit (donc j'ai coupé la clim mais l'air est resté frais dans la chambre).

Noté 1 étoile pour le personnel en raison de l'accueil. Le réceptionniste ne m'a même pas regardée tout le temps du check-in, même quand il me parlait et que je lui répondais. Heureusement, son collègue le lendemain matin était beaucoup plus sociable, de même que la dame du petit déjeuner.

Hôtel bien situé ppour nos obligations. 12.5 € le petit déjeuner servis de 6h à 10 h .... mais.... pas de croissants/pains avant 7 h... Baignoire avec jets .... mais.... système de jets qui ne fonctionne pas. Salle de bain extrêmement petite mais nous sommes dans Paris, Coussins tres inconfortables, car tres durs et gonflés a bloc ... mes cervicales s'en souviennent. Personnels tres sympathique 5 ème étage, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée.... mais réparé rapidement. Plus agréable : bouilloire , tasses, cafe et thé dans la chambre. Par contre pas de bouteille d'eau. Le tout pour - de 200 € la nuit (peti dej compris)

La clim de la chambre était bruyante et peu de place pour travailler (table occupée par la télé). Mais chambre sinon très agréable et très bien insonorisée ( à part la clim) En revanche, la pseudo Eco responsabilité est médiocre : au petit déjeuner, portions individuelles sous plastique. Le pire : CNEWS imposé à la télé du petit déjeuner. Pourquoi une chaîne d'extrême droite, raciste et ouvertement climato sceptique ?
