Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, and staff showed us everything we needed to know. Very clean room and spa area was a relaxing break. At check out we had a couple hour wait until our ride to the airport; staff asked if we would like to store luggage while we went out for lunch/wandering around; and then allowed us to wait in the guest area and use the restrooms while waiting for our ride. Highly recommended!

An incredible stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfortable. Get the breakfast add on, it is so worth it! Would go back in a heart beat. We stayed at 4 different hotels/airbnbs during our stay in Paris and Ginette was the best one.

Fantastic Hotel. Great staff and amenities. Enjoyed their spa (hot tub and sauna) during the stay and stayed in the suite on the top floor. I stayed at four different hotels during my trip to France, and this was by far my favorite. The hotel has an excellent location, a beautiful design, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was also the only hotel that provided bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and even helped confirm the correct airport with our Uber driver to make sure we were headed to the right place. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. It was a truly heartwarming experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
