As soon as we arrived, there was extra charges for checking in early (per hour), for towel hire, leaving luggage…. And for using the pool after check out… However, really useful and loads of facilities, kids never bored… ( games are all charged on top). Please note all FRENCH are very blunt!

Really good facility for kids but staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Room is really dark & hot (during the summer as no ac) no water given in the room and no water/ice area . Arcades games are really expensive. Food was poor . If they had better staff , food and ac in the room I think it would have been a 5 star hotel .

Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean. Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park.

I spoke to the manager on the phone before my stay. She was incredibly rude and I was dreading my stay. However when I came to the hotel the staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, the room was cleaner than expected

Hotel is ok. Room works for 5-6 with adults and kids. Bar and food facilities are poor. Hard to get a drink and it’s expensive. They closed the pool from 4.30-6 which is very annoying when you want a break from the parks. Busses work fine but can get packed which is also ok.
