Lovely little apartment with great facilities. There’s a small supermarket just across the road which is really convenient. The Metro is really close which makes getting around a breeze. Not an overly touristy area at all, which is great!

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and it was perfect, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The gifts were very welcome, especially the chocolates to 3 hot and hungry travellers. The air conditioning was a god-send in the heatwave allowing us to get a good night's sleep and be refreshed for the next day's sightseeing. The apartment building is located in a very quiet area even though it is so close to the centre of Paris. Our apartment faced onto the gardens at the back and all we could hear was birdsong - a perfect way to start the day with a coffee. The park opposite was also a lovely place to sit and have a picnic with sandwiches from the local Boulangerie Loquer. Felix Faure metro station is right at the end of the street, as is a lovely French bistro L'Intrigue. There were plenty of luggage lockers to store our cases for the day after we checked out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm oasis in the middle of the city.

Our stay at Edgar Suites Paris was excellent overall and we would happily return. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops just a short walk away and a local underground station only about four minutes from the property. The metro system felt quite similar to London’s and was easy to navigate, making it simple to reach all the main areas of interest around Paris. The room itself was very clean and exactly as described. It was comfortable and well maintained, with great amenities throughout. There was air conditioning available, although it took us a moment to translate the controls and figure out the settings. That said, the weather during our stay was fairly mild, so it wasn’t really an issue. Communication with management was excellent from start to finish. Instructions were clear and responses were prompt, which made everything feel smooth and well organised. The only small issue we encountered was with the laundry facilities. We realised there was a laundry service available and decided to use it on our final night. Unfortunately, some guests had left their clothes in the dryers overnight, meaning we waited around two hours before deciding to move one load into a basket so we could dry our already washed, damp clothes. Not ideal, but this was more down to inconsiderate guests rather than anything related to management—just something future guests might want to be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and had what we needed to be comfortable. I did not like the view from our window but we still enjoyed the inside of the space. The kids loved the style of rain shower and the general arrangement. The house managers were also nice when we checked out and the response whenever we had a question was generally kind and prompt.

The Edgar suites felt like entering an apartment complex. Very clean and safe. Had laundry on the bottom floor which was a huge help. The suite was spacious. Had 2 showers but one toilet for a family of 5. Beds super comfortable. Was able to communicate very easily with the owner. When we arrived, the staff that was cleaning welcomed us very kindly. We were able to order Pizza Hut and get it delivered pretty late to our suite. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay with laundry room available.

We stayed here from Sunday to Friday during the winter vacation as a family of five, and we had a truly wonderful stay. On the first day we experienced an issue with the heating and ventilation system. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fully resolved before we left, but the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding. Within about 1.5 hours of reporting it, they delivered portable heaters to the apartment, and their responsiveness and follow-up throughout our stay were exemplary. Even though the issue was beyond their control, they did everything possible to keep us comfortable, and that level of professionalism and care really impressed us. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family. The standard was high, and the location could not have been better for exploring Paris. We felt genuinely well taken care of, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we will happily book with them on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended.

L’appartement est assez petit, mais bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Il est assez bien situé, près du métro, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui a été très apprécié. Par contre, l’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons manqué d’eau chaude pendant environ 24 heures. Globalement, le séjour a été correct, mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires.
