This hotel is an excellent option for a cheaper stay outside of the city. The metro station is right opposite hotel and the surrounding area has a lovely cafe and supermarket options. The hotel itself is clean, friendly and worth the price.

The property is fine and clean. The only problem is with check in and check out time. It is not understandable why the check in time is so late (3:00pm) and the check out time is so early (10:00am). The check out time should be 11:00 at the earliest.

There's a great bakery around the corner and a supermarket on the other. The metro line 12 is just in front of the hotel too.

Underground parking and next to the metro station that will take you to centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. Price is reasonable. Parking garage is not that big so I can imagine it filling up in peak seasons.

Nice and friendly staff Katia during the day for our check in and out was so nice. The guy at Night Shift was also so nice and friendly. In a minute walk from metro station we’re in Paris center in 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend

Perfect for the occassion

Loved this location for proximity to the Stade De France. Exceptional public transport options to Paris Central, and, transit points (airport and train). Great boulangerie across the square. Bistros and brasseries close by (though I never visited any of them, given proximity to Paris. proper). Safe. Mostly quiet. Not a luxury stay, yet: served the puprose (given price). Room cleaning every 4 days I dont generally require ir, as: budget hotel and appropriate expectations. Great stay for the purpose (attending RWC Final 2023).

Would never use this or any easyhotel again. Initially, I made a booking error, and attempted to correct within 5 minutes. The hotel refused to cancel or rearrange any dates, plainly violating UK law of unfair contract terms. On arrival, the air conditioning did not work, and the adjacent building was under reconstruction, so it was dreadfully noisy. When an elevator broke down, the service staff hogged the remaining elevator, resulting in 20 minute waits to get to the 8th floor. Appalling. The hotel is located right next to a Metro station, but that's the only good thing I can say about the hotel.

comfortable and clean room of a decent size with a nice bathroom area. only downsize was that the lift was broken and our room was on the 7th floor ! (but that couldn’t have been helped!) - staff gave us free early check in because of this. would stay here again - 25 min walk from stade de france!
