I enjoyed my stay at EKLO Paris Porte de Versailles. It was clean and convenient to Paris Expo. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a minor issue of access to potable water in the room

My family really enjoyed our stay! The room was a great set up for all My kids to have their own beds and we had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The metro was really close by so made it easy to get around. The daily breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful . Would definitely stay here again!

Mediocre Stay.

Overall we had a good stay however this hotel wasn't the most family friendly and the service was hit or miss. The night we checked in there was a young individual behind the counter. He was very energetic and did what he could to make our checkin and stay enjoyable. The shared microwave and fridge in the lobby was not working and he helped us find alternatives. Other nights there were other individuals who looked like they could barely keep their eyes open and were completely apathetic to our situation. Honestly if you're going to stay here its probably because you have a conference near by. The room had a cool set up with bunk beds for our kids and the service staff in the breakfast and lounge are were really amazing. Outside of that overall mediocre stay.

The staff were lovely and rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant was closed for a private event which I didn't know until I tried to eat there which was a shame as I wanted to eat quickly and go to bed. If I was told at check-in I could have grabbed something before I came back to the hotel. But otherwise was lovely.

Costly for the facilities

It’s good hotel if you require just sleep and check out. The staff are good and cooperative. It’s very close to the Port de Versailles expo halls. I did not see cleaning of the room for first 3 days. There are no complimentary water or electric kettle and the coffee or tea making ingredients. Only a hand wash available not all toiletries. The price I pad was bit high for this small standard room.

Very nice Hotel

Booked this room for one night because of train schedules. It was amazing stay for my wife and I. We got upgraded room and the first thing we saw when we opened the room door was a window with the Eiffel Tower. Enough said. Great breakfast next morning for 12 euro each.

Property is relatively new,our room has a view of the Eiffel tower, staff are welcoming and accomodating,almost perfect for the price except you can not adjust the air-condition thermostat, its always in the vicinity of 24 degree I was there last July,its uncomfortable to sleep

POSSIBLE DEPOSIT REFUND FRAUD

3 months and still no €50 refund. It seems this is a trend so please be careful if staying at this hotel. My bank assures me that no funds have been sent from them and that they may be using a common tactic, of hoping customers will forget about the refund so they gain more of your money.

We booked 3 rooms with Eiffel Tower view, the rooms are clean and of reasonable size, we didn’t expect a very spacious room with this price. Rooms are clean and all with air-conditioning. One of the rooms has a problem with the air con, we went down to the reception and ask if they could change the room for us. They immediately responded and had a quick check with our room and confirmed it’s not functioning, then they are happy to change the room for us. The staff is really helpful. We also had a dinner at the restaurant on the 9th floor, both food and services are very nice. We sure will recommend this cozy hotel, and highly recommend to reserve the room with Eiffel Tower view, it makes it so much different and really a wonderful experience.

They say that are eco hotel . After 2 days they even not take bins out. They put 3 box for sort but they not even think that after 2days can be to much and all this is going to mix . About this that they not cleaning rooms maybe i was miss to read . They Have verry good rating for clean but i not think so . Just after 3 days when people going out they come for clean ! Other is that they have a terrasa on the top , and from there you can listen all sound. I cant even sleep .they not write about discoteka they write its restaurant . i order one room they give me other. One more about water , we useing shower and finish hot water .

The service at front desk is awful and the service desk employees didn’t want to speak English at first and very slow in there resolving problems and sorting out customers there was huge line and only one person available when asked if he could call extra staff to handle the rush he answered that they all on breaks when ur check in starts at 15:00 why would you allow staff to take breaks and the hotels doesn’t change Lenin daily nor refills any of the toiletries which is absurd after paying very handsome money to stay in they would not replenish until you ask them And breakfast is a huge let down hot food is only omelette and fried potatoes what is wrong with this hotel there are other hotels next door please if you can avoid this hotel than do it The person who served me at the front desk is Pierre rovan —- Absolute mental guy no respect to others at all

I love the easy check in. I only stayed one night, unfortunately my flight was late afternoon and check out is at 11am. I still wanted to explore Paris longer, luckily the hotel was able to accommodate by storing my bag for free! The room was very clean and I had the Eiffel Tower view from my window! I couldn't give a 10/10, the central air system was blowing hot air and the room was very hot. I saw other reviews that it's the infrastructure for levels 7-9. I ended up turning it off, a bit unbearable to get a good night's rest. If the hotel can improve that, this hotel would be perfect for the view and cost.

Beware Hidden Charges: Lack of Transparency at EKL

I recently stayed at EKLO with my family and was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding their billing practices. While the stay itself was satisfactory, the handling of charges left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I was informed about a deposit of 50 euros and a city tax of 16 euros, which I duly acknowledged. Throughout my stay, I made two small purchases - two bottles of water, each priced at 1.5 euros. The receptionist assured me that these expenses would be deducted from my deposit. However, upon checking out, I was surprised to find that there were no explanations provided for additional charges, nor was I given a detailed receipt outlining the expenses incurred during my stay. Imagine my dismay when I later reviewed my credit card statement and discovered a charge of 25.4 Euros (27.7 dollars) from the hotel. It's evident that there was a lack of communication and transparency regarding the billing process. Guests should be informed of any additional charges and provided with detailed receipts upon checkout. The failure to do so leaves room for confusion and frustration. I urge future guests to check their credit card statements meticulously after their stay at EKLO. While the accommodation itself may be satisfactory, the hidden charges and lack of transparency in billing are concerning. I hope they take steps to improve their billing practices for the sake of their guests' satisfaction and trust.

El hotel es bonito, luce recién construido o remodelado y varias personas del staff son muy amable, pero no te informan que la limpieza de realiza cada 4 días y cuando era el turno de mi habitación no la hicieron a pesar de que la solicité en recepción, me informaron mal el horario del desayuno por lo que pagué y a los 15 minutos empezaron a levantar todo, y una noche que subí al roof a tomar una cerveza en la terraza que en la noche se vuelve restaurante público pero ya había pocas mesas un hombre llegó prácticamente a correrme, le argumenté que era huésped y de forma agresiva me gritó y no se movió de ahí hasta que yo me saliera del lugar, una cosa es que los europeos sean más fríos que los latinos, otra muy distinta es que sean agresivos, mal educados y tengo cero sentido de hospitalidad.
