The staff is lovely and the property is above average for a low-cost Parisian hotel. My room was large but dated, which is to be expected at this price range. The area was very safe and accessible by train but not metro. It's no thrills, but I found it very acceptable for my needs. If you're on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice.

FEMALE TRAVELLERS DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS UNSAFE! I was a lone woman traveller staying at this hotel. A male in the next-door room started playing the words: "Neighbour, do you want to have sex for 200 euros?" by using Siri, through the wall, at around 11:30pm. He then left his room and waited for long periods outside my door, alternating between playing the words on Siri, and standing in silence, breathing heavily, listening to me. The male receptionist was the rudest and most unhelpful person in customer service that I have ever come across. I told him what had happened and that I was frightened and unsafe, and that he needed to move me to another room. He just shrugged and said he couldn't because the hotel was full. He did NOT ask if I was ok, he did NOT ask if he should call the police, and he did NOT ask if he could help me. It would have been really easy for him to ask a male occupant to swap rooms with me, but he didn't even bother. Throughout this whole conversation he had his (male) friend on a phone call, on loudspeaker, who was listening and starting laughing at my distress. The receptionist said he would go upstairs and check - whatever that meant. Anyway he came down a couple of minutes later, and said: ''There is nothing I can do, *I'm* not the one making the threats to you.'' I had to find another hotel and leave at 1am because I was unsafe. When I checked out, the receptionist didn't even look up from playing games on his phone.

HonnĂȘtement l’endroit joue avec la santĂ© des gens
 rien qui est propre mais vraiment rien, l’endroit nous a rendu sĂ©vĂšrement malade
draps sales, rideaux, salle de bain (odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able aussi), porte d’entrĂ©e qui ne se ferme pas a clĂ©, des fourmis, de l’humiditĂ©, pas de climatisation, pas bien isolĂ© voire pas du tout, kettle sale (des choses noires sont sorties de l’intĂ©rieur, premiĂšre et derniĂšre fois que je reserve un endroit sans regarder les avis, mais dommage, l’emplacement est vraiment bien
 il faut qu’ils commencent a prendre les avis au serieux. Et la femme de menage qui rentre comme ca dans la chambre tranquille sans toquer ni rien ca c’est trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs bizarre et glauque. On a pris pour 3 nuits mais on a sejournĂ© deux nuits puis on est vite parti on a changĂ© d’hotel cela nous a vraiment fait du bien.

Si l'hÎtel n'avait pas eu ce tapis super daté, vieillot, taché, il aurait été parfait : super plomberie/pression d'eau efficace, malgré sdb au 3Úme étage// devanture + entrée + salle de petit-déjeuner + chambre à la porte sécurisée par carte + personnel = étonnamment trÚs bien...contrairement à ce que ce tapis laissait auguré... dommage!

Bien nĂ©cessaire d’ouvrir le fenĂȘtre pour attĂ©nuer une odeur de renfermĂ©. Le mini-frigo en panne (?). Sol et murs defrechis Les draps de cousin non repassĂ©s. Mais bon : petit prix. Les plus : le matelas de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, quartier calme, non bruyant et accueillant.

I never stayed at the hotel. I booked and in less than 24 hrs my plans were change by the person I was to visit. I asked for a special accommodation to change my reservation to another location but the reservation site said the hotel never responded. I know it was a non refundable rate but it was booked 6 weeks in advance. Some thing could have been done to help the situation. And now you ask me to review a place that doesn’t even know I never was there.

Good convenient hotel, allowed early check in, many thanks Had someone come in our room by mistake twice, I believe the first time they didn’t know we checked in and second was maybe room service? They did apologise. Also both soap dispensers completely empty. So make sure to buy some soap for your stay. Bed was very clean and super comfortable. Had an amazing sleep!:)
