It was so "techy, techy" in the rooms and so much fun. The staff so unbelievable nice and everywhere was very clean. It was in a more remote location, so on the weekends hard to find other places to eat besides the hotel, but the hotel food was amazing, so that was a bonus.

It was a relief to arrive at CitizenM! Everything had gone wrong on my trip and arrive here to be welcomed by Rosie’s smile and help was wonderful. Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again.

The property and parking deck were difficult to locate. I didn't like that there was no direct connection from the lobby to the parking deck. You had to walk outside around the corner.

I absolutely Love CitizenM hotels, my favorite one is still Nyc - Bowery, But this one in Paris is Awesome - The folks who work here are SO professional and kind -- And the location is fantastic -- some incredibly beautiful architecture here, and also literally directly across from the Defense Arena which hosted the Swimming events for the Olympics this year.

Excellent staff here. The room and bathroom is very very small, but very clean and modern. Super cute restaurant/bar/common area. Didn’t enjoy the food much but the drinks were good. 10 minute walk from the metro. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here our final night of a two week journey through France and Spain. I booked the hotel with the intend to rest and eat, before continuing North. I was overall pleasantly surprised! The staff is very polite, helpful and make you feel welcome, the services they offer are great. The room was amazing: we had a view of the 'grand arche' and we totally loved the fact that you could control everything with the iPad or through the app on your phone. From all our hotel stays this vacation, this was the only hotel where we were able to stream through chromecast on the tv. The bed was very comfortable. I even contemplated staying an extra night to get some.extra rest, but opted for the late xheckput instead (because of our schedule). The location is at walking distance of several restaurants/food chains and the mall is also very close. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Tiny expansive shabby chic?

The rooms are tiny but clean.The photos on the web site are misleading. I had twin beds with just about enough room to walk around it. I booked breakfast the night we arrived and was told it was cooked. Maybe it was lost in translation but breakfast was very basic, no hot cooked food at all. For the money i paid i should have had breakfast at a local cafe. The staff were polite, helpful and agreed to hold our luggage to late afternoon. The hotel could do with a redecorating as it looks very worn. I think its overpriced for what it is but worth it for the location alone which is near the river and crossing over to the beautiful old town. Would I go back there. No. It was very claustrophobic and tatty. Shabby chic? Not my thing sadly.
