I was not aware of the construction on-going at the site. Rooms were very nice but construction led to crowded/delayed elevator and no extra services. Area of hotel is very nice. Once construction is complete, the hotel will be great.

Lots of construction happening and it started one day at 7:50am. The staff is really nice and apologetic. The rooms are very large for Paris and new.

Location is amazing if you want to take advantage of the Paris subway system. very easy, safe and walkable. In the middle of so many restaurants, we tried a different one for breakfast and dinner over 6 days and only had amazing experiences. The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed until I booked a non refundable reservation through Expedia - very disappointed in it. Would have booked it anyway, because the hotel is great, but misleading from Expedia.

The property was great. Room was very clean, spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Metro access is right on the doorstep, close to tourist spots. Vibrant neighborhood -- which is great during the day, but can be fairly noisy at night from the street.
