Excellent location! But…The hotel is a bit run down. The bathrooms are really dated, paint peeling off doors. Tub stopper doesn’t work. The hair-dryer does not work at all, bring your own. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Staff communicated well in English but were not very friendly. Check in is at 3:00 but our room wasn’t ready until after that. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and asked in advance for a little something in the room. They say they would do something and they didn’t. Overall it is a 3/5 for me.

This is my second time staying there, I appreciate the renovations and the friendly staff. The staff last year had several rude people, part of the team, but everyone this year was so friendly and joyful and peaceful. Absolutely left my stay and looking forward to staying there again, in the future!

The cleaning in the room was not good. The bathroom had spiders and spider web around the window and mold in the bathtub. The carpet smell awful. Was not very well maintained inside the room.

Friendly staff. Our studio was clean and comfortable, well equipped for a multi day stay. Gresr location with easy walkability yo Metro stations and sights like the Louvre.
