Awful room and awful staff.

Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all.

Will not recommend but may be ok for Disneyland

At check in they struggled to find our booking. Not sure if this was hotels.com issue or their issue. No apology was given for the hassle at checkin considering it was already 10:30 pm. The room is quite small for the price. The bed was big enough though and the bathroom was good size. The bed linen was not washed properly with lots of stains on the duvet cover which put us off. The breakfast had very limited choice and no hit food. Although on the third day we did get some scrambled eggs we didn’t have those on the first 2 days. The staff didn’t seem friendly or courteous- may be they are not used to families staying there. Seems to be more of a corporate stay hotel. The hotel is close to the station but seems to be nothing around it much. The appearance of the hotel is also not that good.

Keine Weiterempfehlung! Die vom Hotel veröffentlichten Bilder sind nicht sehr realitätsnah. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen. Durch einen Laubengang erreicht man die Zimmer, dadurch entsteht der Motelcharakter. Die Zimmer sind sehr ungemütlich und alles andere als einladend. Am letzten Abend roch es auf ein Mal (ohne erkennbaren Grund) sehr stark nach Zigarette im Zimmer- der Gestank lies sich auch nicht durch Lüften oder Ausschalten der Klimaanlage nicht verringern. Beim Auschecken wurde darauf nur mit Achselzucken reagiert. Zum Frühstück muss man mehrfach durch die Kälte und das ist ziemlich unangenehm- gerade jetzt im Winter. Das Frühstück ist allerdings wirklich in Ordnung! Da kann man nicht meckern. Das Personal erledigt seinen Job. Unfreundlichkeit der vorangegangen Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Es wurde regelmäßig alles aufgefüllt. Schade, dass nur am ersten und zweiten Tag (unter der Woche) eine Auswahl an Wurst und Käse gab. An den folgenden Tagen (Wochenende) gab es nur Kochschinken und Scheibenkäse- vorher gab es drei verschiedene Wurstsorten und Weichkäse. Einzig positiv: die Nähe zum Disneyland, die moderne Lobby und kostenfreie Parkplätze.

J’ai assisté à une formation dans cet hôtel et donc séjour très agréable pour cela. Pour une autre raison, je serai venue avec un véhicule pour plus de mobilité bien que le RER soit à proximité. Le personnel (en week-end) était très professionnel et accueillant.

Quand Campanile veut faire des économies économie

L’accueil et l’équipe du petit déjeuner très sympa, même si je trouve que le petit déjeuner est vraiment très limité. En choix. On sent une pression de l’établissement à limiter au maximum les choses, heureusement l’équipe est très sympa et dès que vous demandez vous l’obtenez. Et aussi leurs nouvelles politiques de la maison. Si vous voulez, changez vos draps ou vos serviettes de bain, il faut aller le demander si vous oubliez on vous le fait pas dommage car moi j’aime bien dormir dans des draps propres et m’essuyer dans des serviettes propres. Et malheureusement notre chambre est située juste à côté d’un énorme compresseur. J’avoue pendant la nuit, on l’entend.

Manque de respect inacceptable

Je travaillais de nuit, et ne pouvais dormir qu'entre 6h et 12h. Malgré le fait d'avoir place la pancarte "ne pas derranger" sur la porte, j'ai ete reveille 4 fois. L'hotel est pourtant correcte, et le personnel agreable, mais l'entre vue avec le directeur ma bien rappele que tous le monde n'est pas fait pour ce métiers. Menteur et insultant, d'apres ce pratiquant de la psycologie inversée, ce serait de ma faute si mon sejour c'est mal passé. N'ayant pas quitte mon hotel a 12h pile, et n'ayant pas systématiquement repondu à sont personnel quand ils sont venu me reveiller toutes les heures, je suis quelqu'un d'irrespectueux et suis donc blackliste de sont hotel. Chacun jugera de la pertinence. Je comprend mieux maintenant l'ambiance tendue qui reigne dans l'hotel, chose que l'on observe jamais quand la direction à du respect pour ses client et ses employés. Je déconseille cet hotel de maniere générale, et encore plus si vous ne comptez pas vous lever avant 8h.

Bien mais les cloisons sont à revoir.

Amabilité du personnel, propreté des lieux, machine à café et thé à disposition et à volonté. Par contre, côté bruit ce n’était pas terrible, entendant les bruits de pas notamment des chambres d’à côté ainsi qu’à l’étage supérieur. Vraiment dommage car c’est le plus gros point faible. Autre point négatif ; le prix du petit déjeuner qui est selon moi bien trop excessif notamment par rapport au prix de la chambre!

Très bien pour une nuit

La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Drap de lit impeccable et de qualité. Belle salle de bain. Personnel sympathique. Cependant, le hôtel mériterait un bon coup de peinture au niveau des espaces communs comme les couloirs extérieur, espace ascenseur ou les portes.
