Really nice hotel close to the metro station. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot in the garage, so we we were happy to park the car there for 25 euro’s per night.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very very clean. Lovely small bar also. Very close to a a Metro station. It is a small hotel with a small lift but staff are very friendly and welcoming and rooms, bathrooms well decorated, spotless and modern.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby, many of which stay open late. There's also a grocery store right next door, which was extremely handy. That said, there were a couple of minor downsides. If your room faces the front, you will hear some traffic noise from the road. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was positive, and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and friendly service.

The candies at the front desk excellent, staff at check in excellent. No Kleenex in rooms - poor, cleaning staff went in when we had a do not disturb on, after cleaning staff were done, we were missing towels, plus no wash clothes?!?! Toilets did not flush properly and sink did not drain well. But for the price it was ok.

Great Location and Comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Campanile Prime Paris Hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a Carrefour, making it convenient for any essentials. The room was warm and cozy, with the added bonus of a window that could be opened if it got too hot. The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel has great access to both the metro and train, making it easy to get around the city. It's also a good choice for passengers arriving at Gare du Nord, but if you have heavy luggage, I’d recommend either taking a taxi or walking instead of using the metro, as the journey involves a lot of steps. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the complimentary tea in the room was only provided on the first night and was not replenished, so we had to buy our own. A small detail, but it would have made the stay even better. Overall, a great option for a comfortable and well-located stay in Paris! Would definitely consider staying here again.

I was so impressed by the human and customer relations management expertise of your employees, especially the front desk staff. I Like to commend Adeline and Nayeem and the services staff. However, the room for two people was too small with very bad floor carpet which is a source of health concern. Also, the toilet does flush well and there are no brish to clean the toilet bows, very disappointing.

You get what you paid for

The hotel was convenient if you are looking for a place to rest. Very close to apartment complex and the views outside wasn’t great. The room we were in room 333 had a weird shower setup where the tub was so high you can almost slip when wet getting out of it. Also, the glad door hits the since making it feel like it will break and the shower head was set up in the wrong direction made it tight in the showers. The price was worth it as it was very close to places to eat and public transportation. Overall would give it a 3.5 stars

The entire hotel is really worn down and not new at all, room was small and not the nicest nor the cleanest, shower changed water temperature from hot to cold frequently and the entire room was not able to welcome the guest nor feel like being in a good hotel. Food buffet chaud looked like been there for several days and not fresh nor tasty. Only advantage is the 20€/night parking slot in the garage - it’s also close to the Metro 7 but surrounding quite dirty and not super safe

No a/c, extremely small

Although the reservation stated the hotel has a/c, when we got there it was extremely hot & they told us they will not turn a/c on in any of the rooms. This was end of April and it was a warm and sunny day. I did not find the staff helpful at all regarding this matter. The room was also extremely small and it was very noisy in surrounding rooms/hallway. The toilet also didn't flush properly even when trying to flush a small amount of toilet paper. If you are tall or larger this bathroom is not for you. It will be too small.

Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung ABER einen Tag vor Check Out wollten wir unser Zimmer nicht sauber machen lassen (Schild hing draußen), trotzdem gingen die Putzfrauen in das Zimmer und die Klimaanlage wurde auch noch getauscht und plötzlich waren unsere Kopfhörer von JBL spurlos verschwunden & sind auch nicht aufgetaucht. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich & hat behauptet wir haben diese selbst verloren. ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT!!
