The bathroom on our room had no curtains or glass door, the water from the shower made the bathroom very wet. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. But the convenience of being close to the airport in a day that there was a strike in Paris and having a shuttle to the airport made it very convenient.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us store our luggage while we waited for our room. Once inside, we appreciated how quiet it was—perfect for resting after a long journey. The blackout blinds were a game-changer, making it easy to lose track of time in the best way. All in all, a smooth and restful stay!

This is a very nice hotel. The room was a good size (we had two doubles), clean, working refrigerator and Nespresso machine, nice bathroom and good shower products. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The buffet breakfast was a little expensive but we used it a couple times. Staff were nice also.

This hotel is very convenient for tourists visiting Paris. They have a shuttle service for pic and drop at the airport. Metro station is just 2 blocks away. You can travel to all over Paris from there. They have a bar and a restaurant and a friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great choice for Orly but not for CDG

The hotel fulfills its purpose as a great choice near to Orly airport but careful as it is not reported accurately as also near to CDG by the application. It might take you near to 1.5 hrs to get there by taxi

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. No one came to clean the room. Area around the hotel is very shady and doesn’t feel safe for family with young children. We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway smell like sewage. Only good thing was the room was spacious and beds were decent size for an adult and child.

Stayed at the hotel for convenience as it's close to my company's office in Rungis. The staff is OK and the restaurant is fine but the hotel is quite old/outdated and you clearly notice it and desperately needs renewal.
