The staff were extremely attentive, cheerful, inviting, accommodating. The best customer service i have ever experienced. It felt very homey, welcoming. The hotel was in a great area, close to everything. The hotel was very energy forward and efficient, very comfortable, usb ports for cell phones, etc. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection and very fresh options. The hotel was super clean; always cleaning. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Very nice two-night stay :)

Excellent and nice little hotel with a modern, quiet room. Location was super good, it felt very local without many tourists and it was quiet area as well. Still close to metro stations, and within walking distance of many nice looking restaurants.

Wonderful

What a great find this lovely hotel was, I donā€™t think we could have been any more comfortable anywhere else in Paris. The reception staff were always cheery and helpful, the rooms well laid out and had everything we needed. Cleaning staff diligent and the hotel felt Parisian. Plenty of bars, restaurant, shops and bakeries minutes away and close to a few metro stations and the RER. Very nice area as well. Weā€™ll definetly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera! From the moment we arrived, Madison and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. They not only held our luggage when we got in early, but even kept it safe overnight while we took a quick trip to Bayeux. Every staff member we met was genuinely helpful and full of great suggestions for things to do in Paris. Merci beaucoup for making our Paris adventure so easy and enjoyable!

Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. The property is conveniently located and was easy to access by bus and train. There was a heavy police presence when we were walking back one night, not sure if this is normal for the neighborhood or if it was due to the Olympic activities. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location. Warm and welcoming staff Who were very happy to assist with any request and to anticipate our needs. Great breakfast with many hot and cold options onsite and snacks and drinks on request. Good coffee and tea with kettle and nespresso machine in room.
