We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. We stayed in the family double room, sleeping areas were on the small side, bathroom good size. Three minute walk to metro made transportation super convenient. Also found a gem spot for breakfast lunch or refreshments at Peggy’s Kiosk near the metro entrance.

Our stay in Best Western Paris is super the best, comfortable area like home, accessible to Tourist area like Eiffel Tower snd many. The hotel provide unlimited breakfast with friendly staff like Cleofe, food are good and concierge staff are friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Paris, you are at home away from home

Property was nice enough, clean rooms but a bit small. End of line 12 metro, decent bars etc round the main square. Breakfast was adequate. Good for price.

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area. It’s conveniently located to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed there over New Years and on getting back to our room late on the New Year’s Eve we found a bottle of wine to celebrate.

Amazing service and location

Practical location, amazing service. We stayed a week during the Olympics. Great neighborhood with services. Super close to the Subway. They accomodated us with the arrival of out flight. Would recommand if you want to visit Paris but stay at a relaxing location.

I did not like this property. Nothing compared to the pictures. I booked for two twin beds and upon arriving they said either you can stay in the room which is literally in front of elevators at the reception or they asked me to take the bigger room in the basement. Only 1 small bottle provided that too only on first day. No water coolers available. Breakfast area is in the basement. Room so small that there is no place for the third person to stand as well. I found the staff friendly though, not rude at all. They charged me less for breakfast as I reached just at 10 am when they were closing. They also did not charge me for 1 extra water bottle. Giving 2 stars only for the staff kind behavior.

The hotel is ranked 3 star. For me the rooms and breakfast are 4 stars.Maybe because the restaurant is only for breakfast. The location is close to anything by train. Train station is just 3 mins walk. Thank you to all the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Our holiday in Paris was wonderful.
