I requested the high floor and arrived at the start of check in. But the front desk gave us two room all at the level 1. I booked one family room and one superior room. The worst thing was that the sink in one room was clogged and the other room faced a very dirty back alley with a very bad smell. When we wanted to change rooms, she said there were no rooms available.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Didn’t try the breakfasts.check in is 3pm not minute earlier, but they will let you leave your luggage in a spare room if needed. Staff was nice & accommodating. Walking distance of many restaurants, landmarks, and shopping. The street is quiet. Definitely would stay here again very convenient.

Stayed for 5 nights perfect location to absolutely everything!!!! We walked back to hotel from Latin quarter and it was completely convenient. Staff, everyone was above and beyond helpful and polite. Room was exactly as pictured but besides sleeping and showering we weren’t in the room. Towels I have to say were absolutely amazing!!!!!! I have stayed at several hotels this year but these were so nice I wanted to buy them!!!! Thank you we will be back!!!!

We loved the location of this hotel! Restaurants and shopping were steps away from our door! The Opera Bus stop was a few blocks away, through a wonderful neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Also, there were a couple of metro stops close by, as well. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely small and the staff was not fantastic. There was also major construction going on but, thankfully, we left early and got back late so were never affected by this.

Worst expriance ever. Hotel is under construction. They don’t tell you this at the reservation time. You have construction worker working at 7am in your balcony with a hammer and a drill. When asked the hotel for a refund and compensation they refused. Horrible stay and management

I stayed one night during a business trip, for that the hotel was fine, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the room was very small, struggled a bit to get my two small/medium sized luggages in and there was no mini fridge. For one night I'd definitely book it again, but not for a longer stay. The breakfast options were also fine.

Staff needs to be more informed about what hotel is offering. For instance, the staff never told us about the light breakfast available. Staff could not provide any suggestions on restaurants in the area. A do not disturb sign was never provided even after informing the staff. Wifi in room was not stable at all. Wifi in local restaurants was better. Even in the lobby of the hotel the Wifi was not stable, therefore, hotel needs to invest in better internet.

Séjour très agréable, personnel accueillant. Hôtel idéalement situé a proximité du métro , de certains sites touristiques et des restaurants. Petit bémol toutefois sur le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de quoi ranger les affaires dans la chambre, propreté des escaliers à revoir compte tenu du standing et prix de l'hôtel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Jade at reception is a total asset to this hotel. She’s friendly, polite and super helpful! The room was fab, the bed was comfortable and daily Room service to make bed and fresh towels was enjoyable to nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The location was awesome for eating places and cafes and about a 10 min walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. We felt safe in the area too which is essential when travelling with young kids. Breakfast was ok, the choice wasn’t huge but we enjoyed it. The unlimited free coffee and hot chocolate was a huge bonus for us coffee lovers! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back. Huge thank you to Jade for your amazing service ❤️

Nous sommes restés 5 jours, gros point faible le matelas , complètement affaissé . La chambre est fonctionnelle, la salle de bains pratique, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner correct. Les sirènes des alarmes incendie se sont mises en marche nous sommes tous descendus et nous sommes retrouvés sur le trottoir en attendant un signe d'un employé , mais rien. Aucun accompagnement dans les couloirs (nous etions au 5 ème étage) , aucun mot pour nous dire qu'il s'agissait d'un exercice et que nous pouvions remonter. Des employés assis dans le hall , d'autres à discuter entre eux ... Nous souhaitons preciser à l'inverse la gentillesse, les bons conseils , le professionnalisme de la jeune femme JADE qui était à l'acceuil le 16/06 jour de notre depart .

La llave/tarjeta de la habitación no funcionaba y nos dijeron que la reparación se haría al próximo día. Nunca la arreglaron y siempre que queríamos ir a la habitación, teníamos que pedir que la abrieran. ¡Increíble! Jade fue siempre muy amable pero no había mucho que ella pudiera hacer. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue pésimo (el café malísimo y la única leche que había era de vaca.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce best Western. Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune fille très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a conseillé une très bonne boulangerie pour des sandwichs. Nous avons été surclassés côté cour. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.
