The reception staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for us. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was basic but free and had lots of choices. The location is perfect to see central Paris and right near a metro. The room was simple but had everything we needed. Great hotel.

Great location friendly staff

Very friendly receptionist who took our suitcases until room ready at 2pm. Room was lovely beds slightly small and very warm. Would have been nice to get complimentary water but would have had to pay in mini bar. No breakfast as had to leave early. Great location for where we needed to be. Would def recommend

Decent breakfast. Wifi did not always reach to thr upper floors of the hotel. Front Desk staff all spoke English, but seemed annoyed anytime a question was asked. They will hold your luggage, but if the secure area is full, overflow goes to their breakfast area and was not secure. Air Conditioning was a plus. The elevators kept breaking while we were there.

Perfect location!! Mom and daughter trip so I was very concerned for safety and this was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our baggage was delayed from our flight and would arrive the following day. I informed staff that our baggage would be arriving and they received our baggage and had them waiting in our room for us when we arrived from our day of sightseeing.
