I was not impressed with how we were greeted by the front desk, but other staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast offered, it gave us a head start in our days there and our departure. Also liked that it was close to the Metro and various restaurants.

Our first time staying at this location and we're very pleased with it. Check-in was very quick and easy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. For those who have never been to Europe, be prepared for a smaller room than what you're used to in N.A. Breakfast is available for a fee, but a much better option is to go to a nearby bakery to buy a croissant and coffee like the locals do. Wonderful. The metro is one block away, so getting around the city is terribly easy. Don't be discouraged by the transit system. Once you understand the routes, everything goes smoothly and there are maps and signage everywhere. Too easy. The hotel is located in a quiet area with many restaurants and cafe's within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
