The room was cozy and clean, perfect for our short stay. The location allowed for us to explore, and was right across from Gare de Lyon for us to easily catch our train. Most of all the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and a pleasure to engage with. We'd stay again!

Room was clean and comfortable, but a little tired and could do with hand soap provided. Breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful. We booked superior room, but were given accessible room on ground floor so shower flooded the bathroom floor, and it was noisy from street and metro underneath.

The location is very convenient to the Gare de Lyon.It was just across the street and down a short block.Despite the noisy neighbourhood the room was quiet.I was on the first floor so I did hear a rumble from the Metro which must run under the hotel, however it wasn't troublesome for sleeping. The front desk clerk was exceptional. He suggested a walking route for our free afternoon that was interesting, arranged a taxi for the airport the next day and was helpful with luggage. His English was very good and was so nice to us.

This hotel was super close to the Gare de Lyon train station and close to many restaurants, shops and bars. We arrived early and couldn't check in yet but they were great about holding our luggage until our room was ready. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we're back in the area.
